Warranty Coverage

All House of Theia jewelry comes with a 3 monthsย warranty from the date of purchase, covering:

Plating Defects: Tarnishing or discoloration under normal wear condition.

What's Not Covered

Our warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear, including scratches, dents, or patina development
  • Damage from improper care, accidents, or misuse
  • Loss or theft of jewelry
  • Alterations or repairs performed by third parties
  • Damage from exposure to chemicals, perfumes, lotions

Care Instructions

To keep your House of Theia jewelry beautiful for years to come:

General Care

  • Remove jewelry before swimming, showering, exercising, or sleeping
  • Avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, hairspray, and cleaning products
  • Store pieces separately in a dry place, preferably in the provided jewelry pouch
  • Clean gently with a soft, dry cloth after each wear

Gold-Plated Jewelry

  • Avoid water and moisture to preserve the plating
  • Apply cosmetics and perfumes before putting on your jewelry
  • Store in an airtight container when not in use
  • With proper care, gold plating can last 1-2 years or longer

Sterling Silver Jewelry

  • Polish regularly with a silver polishing cloth to prevent tarnish
  • Store in an airtight bag or container to minimize oxidation
  • Natural tarnishing is normal and can be easily removed

Warranty Claims

If you believe your jewelry has a manufacturing or material defect covered by our warranty:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at officialhouseoftheia@gmail.com with your order number, photos of the issue, and a description of the problem
  2. Assessment: Our team will review your claim within 3-5 business days
  3. Resolution: If approved, we'll either provide a prepaid shipping label to return the item for repair or replacement, or directly send you a replacement piece, depending on the nature of the issue
  4. Turnaround: Repairs typically take 2-3 weeks from receipt of the item. Direct replacements are shipped within 3-5 business days
