At House of Theia, every piece is crafted to be enjoyed every day. Our 6-Month Warranty is our commitment to you and covers eligible issues related to premature tarnishing, plating deterioration.

All warranty claims are subject to verification and approval by the House of Theia team.
0–3 MONTHS
FREE REPLACEMENT
If your jewellery develops an eligible warranty issue within 3 months from the date of delivery, House of Theia will provide a replacement of the affected product, subject to availability.
If the exact product is unavailable, we may offer an alternative of equivalent value or another suitable resolution.
3–6 MONTHS
50% WARRANTY CREDIT
For eligible warranty issues reported between 3 and 6 months from the date of delivery, you will receive House of Theia Wallet Credit equivalent to 50% of the original product purchase price.
Your warranty credit can be used toward a future purchase from House of Theia.
Example:
If your jewellery was purchased for ₹999 and an eligible issue occurs during months 3–6, you will receive ₹499.50 in House of Theia Wallet Credit.
WHAT DOES THE WARRANTY COVER?
Our warranty covers eligible issues including:
✓ Premature tarnishing or discoloration
✓ Significant deterioration of the gold plating
✓ Manufacturing defects related to plating or finish
Every claim is reviewed individually to ensure a fair resolution.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED?
Our warranty does not cover:
× Normal wear and tear
× Scratches, dents or surface damage caused by use
× Accidental breakage or bending
× Lost jewellery, stones or components
× Damage caused by perfumes, cosmetics, chemicals or cleaning products
× Prolonged exposure to chlorine, bleach or other harsh chemicals
× Jewellery modified, repaired or altered by a third party
× Damage resulting from activities that cause excessive friction or abrasion
Please note: Jewellery naturally experiences wear with regular use. While our pieces are designed to be durable, no plating can remain completely unaffected by prolonged exposure to friction, chemicals and environmental conditions.
HOW TO MAKE A WARRANTY CLAIM
01 — REGISTER YOUR PURCHASE
Scan the Warranty Registration QR Code included with your order and register your jewellery.
02 — CONTACT US
If you experience an issue, contact the House of Theia team with your order number and details of the issue.
03 — SHARE PHOTOS / VIDEO
Our team may request clear photographs or a short video of the jewellery to assess the issue.
04 — QUALITY CHECK
Our team will review the claim and determine whether the issue qualifies under the warranty.
05 — RESOLUTION
Once your claim is approved, we will provide the applicable resolution based on when the claim was made:
0–3 months → Free Replacement
3–6 months → 50% House of Theia Wallet Credit
IMPORTANT TO KNOW
Warranty Period:
Your warranty begins from the date of delivery of your order and remains valid for 6 months.
One warranty claim per eligible product:
Each product is eligible for one warranty resolution during its warranty period.
Proof of purchase:
Your order number or other valid proof of purchase may be required to process a claim.
Warranty is product-specific:
Warranty benefits apply to the eligible product and cannot be transferred to another product or person.
Wallet Credit:
Where applicable, warranty credit is issued by House of Theia and is non-refundable and non-transferable. It may be subject to the validity period communicated at the time of issue.
Quality assessment:
All warranty claims are subject to inspection and approval by House of Theia. The final determination of whether an issue is covered under this warranty rests with House of Theia based on the condition of the product and the circumstances of the claim.

Your jewellery will thank you for a little extra care. With proper care, gold plating can last 2 years or longer
For longer-lasting shine:
Keep it dry whenever possible.
Avoid prolonged exposure to water, sweat and moisture. This can help your jewelry last years.
Apply perfume first.
Allow perfumes, lotions and cosmetics to dry before wearing your jewellery for lasting shine.
Keep chemicals away.
Avoid chlorine, bleach, sanitizers and harsh cleaning products.
Store it carefully.
Keep your jewellery in its House of Theia pouch or box when not in use.
Give it some space.
Store pieces separately to minimize scratches and friction.
