SHIPPING FAQs

 

How do I track my order?

You will receive an email and SMS confirmation from House of Theia once your order is successfully placed. The email will include all the details related to your order.

 

How can I return/exchange an item?

What should I do if I receive a missing or broken product?

In the unfortunate event that you receive a missing or broken product, we request you to record an unboxing video with no edits or cuts. This will help us assess the situation better. Please report the issue to us within 24 hours of receiving the package, including the unboxing video and any relevant pictures, and we will work towards resolving the issue promptly.

 

Can I make any modifications after the order has been placed?

Unfortunately we do not offer any modification once the order has been placed. Please make sure you are certain before placing an order.

 

Can I change my address once the order has been placed?

The shipping address of your order can only be modified if it hasn't been packed yet. we will do our best to update your order with the correct address. However, if your order has already been shipped, then we won’t be able to update the correct address and we will have to re-ship the order. We will charge a reshipment fee for orders with insufficient address. Please double check all addresses/ phone number/ pin code before placing an order.

How long will it take for my order to reach me?

We ship your order within 48 business hours, and it will be delivered within 5-7 business days, depending on your location. For international orders, delivery takes 10-15 business days, depending on the country of residence.

 

My order shows delivered but I have not received it.

Generally, our courier partners deliver the order to the intended recipient at the delivery address only. In case, you have not received the order, we request you to WhatsApp us on 6361206835 or mail us at officialhouseoftheia@gmail.com within 48 hours of the delivery intimation from our end. We shall arrange proof of delivery for you within 72 hours of your complaint from the aligned courier partner.

Kindly note, any complaint raised after 48 hours of receiving the delivery intimation may not be considered.

 

Do the shipping charges vary on the number of items purchased/weight of the order?

For PAN lndia, shipping charges is Rs.99 FLAT for all orders below 999 irrespective of the order size and weight. Shipping is free for all orders above 999

 

What delivery methods do you use?

We use leading courier companies such as Bluedart, Xpressbees, Ecom Express, Delhivery & DTCT for shipments in India. All international orders are sent through Amarex international .

 

How do international duties and taxes work?

Customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country and depend on the customs rules at that time. These charges must be paid by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot define the cost as it varies by country.
